Rules and Regulations

⚖️ General Rules of Discipline

  1. Maintain decorum and discipline at all times.
  2. Show politeness, respect, and good manners.
  3. Move silently in corridors; keep to the left.
  4. No abusive language, misbehavior, or disobedience.
  5. Wear proper uniform with neat grooming.
  6. Untidy or incomplete uniform → sent home.
  7. Damage to property must be compensated.
  8. Speak only in English on campus (except language classes).
  9. No mobile phones, gadgets, or valuables.
  10. No comic books or non-academic materials.
  11. Misbehavior outside school is punishable.
  12. Principal may suspend/dismiss for misconduct.
  13. Participate in assembly and school events.
  14. No chewing gum, littering, or damaging plants.
  15. Uphold the school’s honor and traditions.

🕒 Attendance & Leave Policy

  1. Minimum 85% attendance required for promotion.
  2. Attendance recorded during morning assembly.
  3. Absence without permission is serious.
  4. Leave must be applied in writing.
  5. Medical certificate needed for 2+ days of illness.
  6. 10+ days of unapproved absence → name struck off.
  7. Reopening/closing day absence → fine/action.
  8. No vacations during school days/exams.
  9. No leaving school without written permission.
  10. Late arrivals/early departures only with request.

👨‍👩‍🏫 Note to Parents

  1. Encourage attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
  2. Ensure neat dress and required materials daily.
  3. Check and sign the school diary daily.
  4. Discuss grievances respectfully with the Principal.
  5. Attend all Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
  6. Communicate only through the Principal.
  7. Report infectious illness and keep child home.
  8. Update address/contact info promptly.
  9. No visits during class hours without permission.
  10. Pay fees on time; arrears → no exam entry.
  11. Support homework and daily study routines.
  12. Ensure discipline in school transport.
  13. Instill moral values and patriotism at home.

👕 School Uniform Guidelines

Regular Uniform

  • Boys (I–XII): Light-colored shirt with school logo, dark trousers, black shoes, matching socks.
  • Girls (I–XII): Light-colored shirt with school logo, dark pinafore/skirt, black shoes, matching socks. Hair neatly plaited with black ribbons or bands.

Sports Uniform (Every Wednesday)

  • House color T-shirt with school logo
  • White shorts/skirt
  • White socks and sports shoes

Grooming & Appearance Rules

  1. Clean, ironed uniforms daily.
  2. No fancy hairstyles, colored hair, or excess accessories.
  3. Girls: No flowers, nail polish, or jewelry (except small earrings and plain wristwatch).
  4. Boys: Neatly trimmed hair; no spikes or trendy cuts.
  5. Cultural/ethnic dress allowed only with prior approval.

Note: Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action or being sent home.
